Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your RMA form.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
